| Clients with 6 months or less work history due to health, life, or career changes require OJT referral. No extended SE services. OJT and WBLE Compliance Participants must comply with labor laws prior to starting OJT or WBLE due to payroll and state/federal rules. Participants who cannot provide legal documentation cannot start OJT or WBLE, even after a signed agreement. TCG WORKS is not responsible for preparing documents on behalf of participants. Ensuring proper documentation is the participant’s responsibility.Voc Evaluation (including Deaf/HoH) Provided in Area 4 and Polk County (Area 5). Referrals outside these areas require prior agreement on travel expenses. Discovery/Customized Employment Services Available in Area 4 only, based on open availability. Referrals outside Area 4 require agreed-upon travel expenses. Goods and Service / Shopping Assistance Limited to online orders or easily accessible items.
